Mr M from Taunton contacted O M Hines Ltd after deciding to convert his property from oil heating to gas. He needed his existing steel oil tank and remaining waste oil safely removed.
As access to the tank was particularly tight, we carried out an initial site visit to assess the access and plan the removal safely and efficiently.
On our return, we removed the steel oil tank and waste oil. The tank was carefully cut up on site to allow it to be removed through the restricted access, before being disposed of correctly.
All hazardous waste was transported to a licensed waste facility, and the removal was completed cleanly with no oil spillage on site.
If you are looking to remove an old oil tank, we offer free site visits and quotations to assess your requirements.
